How will I get my tickets if I order online?
You can pick up your tickets at "Will Call" desk in the Box Office on the event day. You should bring the following information with you:
- The order confirmation page.
- A valid photo ID.
According to our past experience, please arrive one hour earlier to pick up the tickets from will call desk to avoid missing the show.
Am I assigned a seat?
No, there are no seat assignments. You can pick the best available seats when you arrive. Please arrive early to get better seats.
What is the difference between a normal ticket and a ticket for senior and kid?
We offer discounted tickets ($10) for senior over 60 and kids under 12. These tickets will be specially marked and cannot be used by a person between the age 12 and 60.
Does each kid need a ticket?
If the kid is above 5 years old, he/she will need to buy a ticket. For kids under 5, the admission is free, however, they will need to sit on Adult's lap if they don't have a ticket. Please purchase a ticket for kids if they need their own seats.
Do you offer group discount?
Yes, we offer a 20% discount if you buy more than 10 tickets. Group order cannot be placed online directly. If you want to buy group tickets, please email
tickets@cnetwork.org with the number of adult and senior/child tickets you want to buy. We will send you a paypal invoice and you can complete the transaction online after you receive the invoice.
